| Tested the bad knee out just fooling around. 235 squat did not hurt and 315x8 deadlift went fine. Just those 2 sets yesterday and I am sore!!! It's been a long time! |

I am currently using wraps and a belt. In a few weeks I will throw the suit on with straps down to see how it feels.
Deadlift 245x10 335x7 385x7 425x4 My right knee started to give out so I stopped there. Felt good for a few more. Very happy with what I did get!

| Today went fairly well. My raw work struggled. My shoulder is acting up again, which happens every time I try to bench raw for any long periods of time.
Bench worked up to 315x1 got it for 1 and barely locked it out. My right should was FUBAR
