Still in the shallow end of the training pool

Deadlift

warm up, 315x10, 365x5

Box Squat

215 5 sets of 3 worked on speed. Anything heavier I will have to wrap for.

Tested the bad knee out just fooling around. 235 squat did not hurt and 315x8 deadlift went fine. Just those 2 sets yesterday and I am sore!!! It's been a long time!

Today went fairly well. My raw work struggled. My shoulder is acting up again, which happens every time I try to bench raw for any long periods of time.

worked up to 315x1 got it for 1 and barely locked it out. My right should was FUBAR
